Our Values

We provide each child with a staff member to act as a key person and monitor the child’s development.

We ensure equality of opportunity for all children and their families and ensure that they are not disadvantaged because of ethnicity, culture or religion, home language, family background, learning difficulties or disabilities, gender or ability.

We ensure a safe ratio of adults to children and employ appropriately qualified staff, skilled in, and relating to and encouraging children.

We train these staff appropriately and have appointed officers in:

  • Safeguarding Children & Child Protection – Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Special Needs & Inclusion (SENDCO)
  • Equal Opportunities
  • Health & Safety
  • Behaviour Management

We adopt policies and procedures and follow guidelines required and recommended by Ofsted inspectors.
